WILL I MEET MY ACCOUNT MANAGERÂ IN PERSON?
Due to the nature of our business, In-Person meetings, while not impossible, are extremely rare and unlikely. Our team is based in many areas of the United States so that we have the ability to service our clients needs in the most efficient manner possible. If you are interested in putting a face to a name feel free to request a virtual office meeting with our team.
CAN MY COMPANY RECEIVE ASSISTANCE ONÂ HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?
We do offer servicing on certain holidays, weekends as well as after hours. To get assistance with setting this up, please reach out to your account manager or visit our servicing break down to book these services.
CAN MY COMPANY RECEIVE ASSISTANCE HELP ME FILE MY TAXES?
Yes. Our company does provide tax experts who can assist you with filing your personal and business taxes each year. Please visit our service page to book these services or contact our office for assistance.
CAN YOUR COMPANY WORK INÂ MY INBOX DIRECTLY?
Yes, we can. Once onboard you will determine if you would like for your emails to be accessed directly from you account or if you would prefer to establish a delegate account.
WILL I MEET MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN PERSON?

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF MY AGREEMENT?
When you sign up with our team, it is a monthly agreement that can be cancelled at anytime. Please note that services cannot be prorated, so cancellation will become effective at the end of the last paid for service cycle.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ACCOUNT MANAGER QUITS?
We have worked hard to maintain retention and longevity within our team so it is very rare that one of our Account Managers leave. However, in instances where Account Managers leave our company we have processes in place that will make the transition to a new Account Manager as seamless as possible.

It is important to note that your Account Manager does lead your team to complete all needed task, however, your needs are ultimately handled by a team to provide fast and efficient results.
WHAT IF I WANT MORE HANDS ON DECK?
We are happy to increase the amount of individuals assigned to handle your work at one time. Think of our packages and service bookings as hiring staff, the more you need the more you hire. By purchasing multiple packages you will be able to entitled to more hours dedicated to your company per month.
